Designed for Mission.

Built for Connection.

Serving Residents, Staff, and Community

The mission of The Connection. is to serve the greater Wayne County community by providing a welcoming, purpose-driven space for meaningful gatherings, celebrations, collaboration, and connection. Every event hosted advances the West View mission by raising awareness and directly supporting the residents we serve. Through their patronage, guests play an active role in sustaining compassionate care, enhancing well-being, and enriching the quality of life for those who call West View home.

Resident & Family Gatherings

First and foremost, The Connection. exists to serve our residents and their families. From milestone celebrations and family gatherings to educational forums and support meetings, the space was intentionally designed to bring loved ones together in meaningful ways. These moments strengthen relationships, foster belonging, and create memories that enrich life within our community because connection is an essential part of well-being at every stage of life.

Staff & Team Use

Our team also plays a vital role in the life of this space. The center serves as a hub for employee trainings, staff meetings, retreats, and appreciation events. By providing a professional, comfortable environment for learning and collaboration, we invest in those who care for and support our residents every day, strengthening our mission from the inside out.

Non-Profit Partnerships

In alignment with our mission, we proudly extend discounted use of the space to fellow non-profit organizations. By supporting other mission-driven groups with an accessible, high-quality venue, we help amplify the important work happening throughout our region while building partnerships rooted in shared values and service.

Community Events

When available, The Connection. is also open to the broader community for meetings, celebrations, and special events. Community rentals not only offer a welcoming and well-equipped venue, but they also play a direct role in supporting our residents, each event helps fund programs, services, and life-enriching experiences. Every gathering held here becomes part of something greater, creating impact far beyond the event itself.
